Accounts on the Zoe platform are held with Apex Clearing Corporation ("Apex Clearing"). The account name, registration, and account type provided must exactly match the delivering institution’s records and be supported by Zoe and Apex Clearing. Submission of a transfer request does not constitute acceptance and may be rejected or delayed by the delivering institution.
Some assets may be ineligible for transfer, restricted, or subject to liquidation. Non-transferable assets, including certain money market funds, may be liquidated to cash by the delivering institution and transferred as cash, subject to any fees they may charge.
Delivering institutions may assess transfer, termination, or other fees. You authorize your delivering institution to deduct any outstanding amounts from your account and authorize Zoe and Apex Clearing to return any amounts owed to the delivering institution.
Transfers are typically completed within standard industry timeframes but may take longer depending on asset type, account restrictions, or the delivering institution. Market fluctuations during the transfer period may affect asset values.
For full account transfers, you confirm that you have destroyed or returned any checks, debit cards, or other access devices issued by the delivering institution.
You understand that the delivering institution is responsible for contacting you regarding the disposition of any non-transferable assets.
